There are many stories about the extinction of Megalodon. Many claim that this giant shark is still hiding deep in the ocean, such as in the Mariana Trench. But scientists say this is not possible. Why? Because megalodons are warm water animals. They could not survive in the cold water of the Mariana Trench. And if they were still alive today, then we would see their huge bite marks on the bodies of large sea creatures. Besides, no body or skeleton of such a huge animal has been found yet. What we found were their huge teeth, which are very easy to find. That's because sharks' teeth fall out about every two weeks, and they make thousands of teeth in a lifetime.
